1Definitions

For these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions have the meanings stated below:

Minimum and maximum limits, fees, processing estimates and verification requirements may vary. A bank transfer may take longer during scheduled maintenance, public holidays, provider disruption or additional compliance checks. Users must review the displayed amount, recipient details and transaction status before confirming any MYR payment.

Payment instruments should ordinarily be held in the verified user's own name. mb8app may request supporting records before processing an eligible withdrawal. Incorrect details, incomplete verification, banking delays or third-party service failures may delay completion.

6Bonuses and Promotional Offers
